What to grow in an advanced indoors garden?
I am a big fan of horticulture but I live in a loft in a metropolitan area with limited balcony space, plus I live in Canada so I only really have about 3 4 months to grow anything outdoors. So, I have set up a decent indoor garden in a small 2'x3.5'x12' closet that I emptied out for this project.So what I've added so far is 400W High Pressure Sodium light with reflector and timersMedium sized oscillating fan to promote circulationCovered closet walls with Mylar reflective surface to give more light to the plants Made a 4" passive intake hole at the bottom of the closet door for circulationMade a 4" exhaust hole at the top of the closet door which is attached to a 4" inline fan to push air out of the closet. The fan is also on a timer.There is AC heating on thermostats, and a dehumidifier on a humidstat outside of the closet to control the environment within the gardenI also have several different size pots and high quality soil but I am considering using hydroponics systems if need beAs you can see, I can control the temperature and the humidity in the closet with the help of the circulation system, ac heater, and dehumidifier. The sun puts out about 9,000 10,000 lumens per square feet while my 400W HPS light does about 8,000 lumens in the space that I have, so in other words, the plants will get almost as much light as they would outdoors. From this point, I'm assuming I can grow most small flowering and fruit bearing plants in my little closet.I already have some lettuce on the go, as well as a bhut jolokia plant ghost pepper that has already germinated. I'm planning on bell peppers and maybe cherry tomatoes.Can you guys help me come up with some small edible fruit bearing plants or nice long stem flowers that I can chop off and use as decoration that you think know I can grow in my indoors garden?Thank you all

Tired of paying full price for advanced nutrients. It seems like most online sellers are kind of shady, especially on ebay and amazon. Any ideas?
